As we continue our new series Beer O’Clock, this week we find ourselves sipping the delights of South Australia’s McLaren Vale Brewing Company, an independent brewery doing it proud for a state for renowned for wine than beer. Entering the craft beer trade as recently as 2000 these guys are doing what many others aren’t. The self proclaimed beer designers have achieved success in their short run and now are pumping out four different brews.
