Those behind the bar at Black Pearl deserve far more than the standard title of barman/maid. This is a team that prides them selves on being able to take your night from good, to great in a single, perfectly mixed drink. If you’re not sure on what to order, never fear, there is a menu filled with creations that will tease and delight as you decide on one of their night altering concoctions. If you’re still not sure what to order after a scan of the menu, I suggest taking my regular approach & letting the bar-keep do what they do best, give them a basic direction to with. eg. something applie-ish and leave the rest to them.
