The Fair has been elegantly fitted to take advantage of big open windows that draws in natural light leaving you feeling like you’re sitting outside, minus that chilly wind that’s sure to be around the corner.
At the reigns in the kitchen is David Masters, formerly of Ora and The Grand pedigree he has put together an ever changing seasonal menu that shows time put into making each and every dish deliciously perfect. Bacon hash served with minted peas, herbs and a poached egg sit along side moorish items such as pulled pork and ‘slaw on an all-seed bagel.
