Here at Small Werld we love being on the front foot, bringing you the newest, coolest joints as they open. It’s one of the great things about Melbourne – we’ll always have somewhere new, somewhere great to talk about. But where Melbourne really excels, and what I’m really passionate about is those places that have been there forever. Those family run restos doing great ethnic food – really bloody well – all the while charging humbly. On that note let me introduce you, to issue 1 of Small Werld Goes Ethnic.
It’s only right that I start this journey at the first restaurant I ever remember eating at – Almazett. I’ve been going there well over 16 years and yet I don’t think I’ve ever looked at the menu.
