The wave of African immigration experienced by Melbourne in the last decade has given us a great new cuisine to get around. Footscray is a particularly rich breeding ground for Ethiopian restaurants and I’ve done my very best to get amongst as many different restaurants as possible. So the next piece of my ‘Small Werld Goes Ethnic’ place is the charming Addis Abebba.
